What You Will Do
Our Development Platform Team is looking for a CI/CD engineer! The Development Platform Team at Zenuity supports the stable environment for algorithms developers to write and test their software to develop software for safety critical autonomous vehicle systems intended as real production products.
In this CI/CD role, you will help lead an ongoing effort to develop, maintain, and improve continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and DevOps solutions for the engineering team. You will work on self-guided cross-functional teams and interface globally where you will help make decisions. You will also mentor the team on technical issues, tools, and processes as necessary.
An Academic Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent is required, with 3+ years of industry experience working with continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD), and DevOps solutions with an understanding of full-lifecycle configuration management. You should have prior experience in developing tools and workflows for proactive system health monitoring and maintenance, experience designing/building a CI/CD pipeline in an organization that is constantly shipping code, plus experience implementing and integrating security tests into a delivery pipeline. Previous release/change management experience is beneficial. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team environment a plus. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to proactively solve problems and seek solutions with minimal oversight or guidance.
Beneficial skills include experience setting up, maintaining, and working with continuous delivery tools (e.g. Jenkins), comfort with Linux server administration, experience with distributed version control systems (e.g. git, mercurial), significant experience scripting/programming in at least one modern language (e.g. Python, bash, Go), detailed knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g. rkt, docker), experience with IT automation tools (e.g. Ansible, puppet, chef), and experience with DevOps tools (e.g. gitlab, gerrit, Artifactory).
For this position, some travel may be required.
