Customer Program Manager, Zenuity China

As Program Manager for Zenuity in China you will take responsibility for the delivery of Zenuity's ADAS/AD software products in customer programs in China. In this key position you will be the main interface to customers, Veoneer (performing customer application work) and the internal Zenuity organization for programs and program issues. You will be part of the global product organization and have close collaboration with the Zenuity Business Team (e.g. RFQs and pre-studies).
Your main responsibilities and most of your energy will be spent on the following:
o Participate in existing and new customer interactions and dialogues
o Define program schedules based on customer roadmap, customer requirements and Zenuity product plans
o Track progress and handle deviations from schedule
o Translate customer requirements into specific needs for the product development stream
o Actively collect, track and drive issues to closure
o Balance priorities and coordinate together with other Program Managers and Product Area Owners
o Communicate the program status to customers, internal management and the multi-site engineering teams
o Work closely with the engineers to resolve technical and logistic issues
To be successful in this role you should:
o Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or business
o Strong technical background, preferably from embedded software development
o Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably from the automotive industry with focus on ADAS, AD and Software
o Excellent project management, coordination and organization skills
o Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to interact in a multicultural environment
o Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and orally
o Enjoy working in an international organization and possess experience of working in both Chinese and European or US environment and cultures

o Experience in direct interaction with automotive customers. A strong personal network with automotive customers is meriting
o Experience in development of complex products in an international environment
o Experience with agile methodologies in cross-functional teams is highly valued
