What you will do
We are looking for a system test engineer to strengthen our cross functional system test team. Your main role will be to plan, perform and analyse our software deliverables on a system level before it is send to our customers to ensure that they are robust, reliable, and functional. The work also includes to develop tools, methods and test rigs (HIL).
The team is cross-functional and your input will be valuable for the other team members. You will find yourself actively contributing to the development of our functions. We will appreciate if you have an ambition to broaden your knowledge to contribute to the teamwork in general – overlapping competences make us flexible and supports collaboration. Taking our development vehicles out for a test run can be interesting and fun but we think your objective will be to eliminate as much of manual testing as possible.
The successful applicant will hold a Master’s Degree, or higher, in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science or equivalent experience. You will have experience in development, verification, and analysis of embedded functions and systems along with architecting or designing and testing systems in a multi-disciplinary environment. You will also have experience in requirements definition, allocating test methodology to requirements, statistical data analysis and basic knowledge of computer networks.
- Experience in HiL test environment,e.g. closed/open loop
- Familiar with test tools, e.g. Canoe, CarMaker
- Have knowledge in Linux/Unix operating system
- Have experience in ADAS/AD HiL development
- Support test automation in CI/CD, e.g. Jenkins, Python, C++
- Familiar with Agile tools, e.g. JIRA, Scrum, Kanban
- Support fault analysis
- Development rig accessible manually
- System rig including sensors
- System rig including logging -Development rig / build HIL-rig
- Migration from prototype to production environment
- Version Control experience with Git, Gerrit or Artifactory
- Systemweaver, Matlab/Simulink or similar
