IT onsite support

As IT Onsite support you will advise and help end-users of Zenuity with IT related questions and requests. You will be part of a team that most employees associate with IT and therefore it is important that you are serviceminded and solution oriented.
Your responsibility involves:
o Advice end-users on PC- and Apple-Clients and IT-related queries in person, by phone or email.
o Assistance in configuration and management of iPhone’s and Clients in accordance with existing policies and operational requirements
o Local workstation and software administration
o Continuous improvements of our support processes, including documentation, automation and ad-hoc support procedures
o Co-operation with our offices in Munich and Detroit with the plan to organize a truly global function.
o Local area network and network equipment maintenance
o Solving issues together with Service Desk agents & IT Operations
o Follow up escalated tickets
o Receive tickets assigned from Service Desk to onsite, follow up and resolve, escalate if needed
o Update users about their tickets on daily basis or any other time if agreed differently
o Office equipment management, which consists of handing out phones and SIM cards and keeping track of them in registry
o Maintain and organize equipment inventory and assist with continuous accuracy of asset tracking and management
o Help setup new office environment together with Zenuity IT managers
o Inform SDM in the event of critical incidents
o Maintain and expand IT Support knowledgebase articles
To be successful in this role you should have practical experience of Microsoft Office applications; antivirus; software installation for end users and commonly requested end user adaptations to software as well as hardware. You should have knowledge of how O365 works, laptop/desktop, hardware and general knowledge. You should also have experience of local area network setups and maintenance of the same (switch, router and wireless access point). Zenuity has a multiplatform environment (Windows/Linux/Mac) so it is necessary to have experience of supporting this type of development atmosphere. It is a must to be able to communicate and give support in English and it is a plus if you are also able to speak German. We also believe that you are a customer oriented and outgoing person with great social skills.

o IT related education or experience from similar work
o Minimum 2 years of experience from similar work
