Your mission is to see and invent the missing bits & pieces and make them visible so that all Zenuitans can join together and build and improve our agile framework. Your role is to drive continuous improvements, as well as run the evolvement of the agile framework. You really care for people and and the agile practices.
As an agile coach you will be part of our Guiding team, a multi site team that supports our agile journey at all our sites. You will focus on the following:
o Design and evolve Zenuity's agile framework through releasing all Zenuitan's knowledge and creativity
o Value stream visualization and analysis
o Facillitate learning through trainings, mentoring and coaching of individuals and teams
o Guide Zenuity to next level creating right value in right time.
o Inspire and advocate a continuous improvements mindset
o Find new solutions to old problems, to rethink when the obvious doesn’t work
We are looking for a true people person that genuinely cares for the best of people. You have demonstrated experience as an agile coach and in agile practises (Scrum, Kanban etc) along with knowledge of agile frameworks (SAFe, LESS etc). Your "System thinking" ability enables you to identify and analyze value streams and help people lift the gaze to find synergies and connection points within and between teams. As an outgoing individual you show excellent communication skills with the ability to spread enthusiasm, build trust and create strong relationships. You are pedagogic and have experience training and mentoring teams and individuals. This is also something you enjoy!
You understand how software products are developed and released in an agile environment and your eagerness to contribute to creating the Zenuity software factory for autonomous vehicles shines bright. Last but not least you enjoy working in an international organization with people from different cultures.
