What you will do

As Vehicle Control feature developer, you are a part of the team that is responsible for processing high level commands from all AD and ADAS functions into requests for steering. The team is also responsible for a fail-safe system that will safely park the car if any errors are detected. The team takes complete responsibility for their system design, implementation, verification and functional safety fulfillment according to safety standards. The team is gradually moving the code base implemented in Matlab/Simulink into a new platform independent architecture in C++. Therefore, the future programming language will be C++, but during a transitional period there will be work in both C++ and Matlab/Simulink.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Coding/testing in C++ and Matlab/Simulink
  • Improving the development environment and CI/CD pipeline by automating tasks in bash or Python
  • Verification on hardware with bench tests and tests in vehicle
  • Maintain and improve requirements in SystemWeaver
  • Be part of a cross-functional Scrum team
  • Working in functional increments, including full testing etc
